Coastal Grove Support Services LLC ("Coastal Grove," "we") operates coastalgrovesupport.com and an internal bookkeeping application, CGSS Bookkeeping, that connects to our own QuickBooks Online company. This policy explains how information is handled.

Website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or sign-in forms. If you email us, we use your message and contact details only to respond to you.

CGSS Bookkeeping application

CGSS Bookkeeping is a private application used only by Coastal Grove to manage Coastal Grove's own accounting records in QuickBooks Online. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses. Through Intuit's authorization, it reads and records Coastal Grove's own accounting data, such as invoices, payments and bank transactions. It does not access any other company's data.

Access credentials are stored securely on Coastal Grove's own computer and are never shared or sold. We do not sell, rent or share accounting data with third parties, except as required by law or by our accountants acting on our behalf.

Information about the people we serve

Coastal Grove protects the privacy of the individuals and families we serve in accordance with applicable California and federal law. Our accounting records identify services and billing to the Financial Management Service; they are kept confidential and used only for billing and recordkeeping.

Disconnecting

Coastal Grove can revoke the application's access at any time from its Intuit account. When access is revoked, the application can no longer read or change any QuickBooks data.
