Coastal Grove Support Services is a small, Orange County based provider of community living supports, including respite, personal assistance and supported living, along with behavioral day program and non-medical transportation services. We work with each person and their family to deliver the services in their plan, consistently and with care.

Sub codes are set by each regional center and are confirmed on the person's spending plan.
Behavioral Day Program
A structured day program with behavioral support, provided by trained staff following the person's plan.
Non-Medical Transportation
Transportation to and from the day program and community activities included in the person's plan.
Behavioral Respite
Respite delivered by staff trained in behavioral support, following the person's behavior plan.
How it works
We serve participants of the California Self-Determination Program through the regional center system.
The participant and family choose Coastal Grove as a provider in their individual spending plan.
Our staff deliver the authorized services on the agreed schedule, with documentation for every shift.
We invoice the participant's Financial Management Service, which pays from the approved budget. Families are never billed directly.
