End-User License Agreement
Effective October 3, 2026
This End-User License Agreement governs use of CGSS Bookkeeping (the "Application"), a private bookkeeping tool owned and operated by Coastal Grove Support Services LLC ("Coastal Grove").
1. Permitted use
The Application is licensed solely for Coastal Grove's internal use to manage Coastal Grove's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not sold, distributed or licensed to any other person or business.
2. Authorized users
Only Coastal Grove's owner and persons Coastal Grove authorizes may use the Application. Use of the Application is subject to Intuit's terms for QuickBooks Online and the Intuit developer platform.
3. Data
All accounting data accessed through the Application belongs to Coastal Grove. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
The Application is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Coastal Grove remains responsible for reviewing its own financial records.
5. Termination
Coastal Grove may stop using the Application and revoke its QuickBooks access at any time.
6. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
